Request a match
Learners will describe their experience, goals and availability. A mentor match is offered for acceptance; reassignment can be requested.
Make sessions useful
Each appointment produces a learner-visible summary, goals and action items. Missed sessions and cancellations follow the approved program policy.
Learning boundaries
Mentorship uses synthetic learning situations. Do not share real taxpayer documents or ask for taxpayer-specific advice. Mentors do not issue grades, certificates or CE credit.
