Learning should support keyboard use, readable layouts, captions and accessible alternatives.
Interface support
The Academy supports keyboard-operable controls, labelled forms, visible focus and responsive layouts. Caption files, transcripts and playback controls must be verified on each released replay.
Request support
Signed-in learners can request an accessible learning alternative through the private support workspace. Describe the barrier and requested adjustment; do not submit medical records. A separately restricted accommodation workflow is not yet available.
